Training Times

Monday               Ladies 1st Team   18:30 - 20:00

Tuesday               Ladies Training    19:30 - 21:00  (2nd team to 21:30)

Wednesday         Mens Training      19:30 - 21:00  (1st team to 22:00)

Changes to Junior Training

Junior training will start at NOA from Tuesday 4th January 2010

Tuesday           6:00 – 7:25             Girls born 1998 and older

Wednesday      6:00 – 7:15            Boys borm 1998 and older

Sunday             9.30 - 11:00           Boys and Girls born 1999 and younger
