Last year saw a steady increase in the number of members and volunteers in the club, which is fantastic and shows that the club is moving forward in the right direction. However, we now find ourselves in a position where we need more volunteers than ever to sustain this growth and good work, that’s why we are labelling this season as the ‘Year Of The Volunteer’.

 

A rewards package has been put in place to benefit those who give up their time to help out at club events and through out the season:

 

Coaching

• Lead Senior - Based on experience and through negotiation with management committee. Based on 2 sessions per week and attendance at all 1st XI matches.

• Senior Club - Coaching jacket EOSD ticket, no match fees where appropriate, 1 free drink on match days. Based on weekly attendance of 1 senior session per week for the duration of the season.

• Junior Club - Coaching jacket, EOSD ticket, no match fees where appropriate, 1 free drink on match days. Based on weekly attendance of 1 junior session per week (Tues, Weds, Sun) for the duration of the season.

 

Umpiring

• Senior Club - Coaching/Umpire jacket. No match fee to be paid, if playing on the same day as umpiring. One free drink on match days. EOSD ticket. Based on minimum of 10 matches officiated ( as appointed to by the BHC Umpire coordinator)during the season.

• Junior Club - Coaching jacket,  no match fee to be paid, if playing on the same day as umpiring. One free drink on match days. EOSD ticket. Based on minimum of 10 matches officiated ( as appointed to by the BHC Umpire coordinator)during the season.

 

Playing

• Overseas - Cost of flights, plus the opportunity to coach in the junior section. There are other benefits with this role, which are paid for by our partners – Bloxham School and Tudor Hall School.

• Senior Team Manager - Coaching Jacket, EOSD ticket, 1 free drink on match days. Based on completion of all administration tasks for a given team, plus attendance at every game for the duration of the season.

• Junior Team Manager - Coaching Jacket, EOSD ticket, 1 free drink on match days. Based on completion of all administration tasks for a given team, plus attendance at every game for the duration of the season.

• Senior Captains (2nd XI downwards) – 50% match fee. Based on completion of all administration tasks for a given team, plus attendance at games (and training where possible) for the duration of the season.

 

Event Volunteer - Free food and drink, any associated branded goods on offer.
